Project Overview

This project focused on supervising the maintenance and rehabilitation of approximately 13.6 km of water networks in the Al Zana Neighborhood, Bani Suhaila, Khan Younis. The scope included overseeing the construction works, preparing the necessary documentation, and ensuring the water supply infrastructure met local standards for efficiency and sustainability.

Role of CEP on the Project:

Supervised the construction works for the rehabilitation and maintenance of 13.6 km of water networks in Al Zana Neighborhood.

Prepared a complete list of materials required for the project, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the project and proposed mitigation strategies.

Developed a cost estimate to ensure the project remained within budget and met financial expectations.
