Project Overview
This project focused on improving the water infrastructure in Al Shoka Area, Rafah, through the construction of a 2,000 m³ water tank, a booster station, and 3.0 km of water carrier lines. The scope also included the design of a photovoltaic (PV) solar system to power the lighting network and other light loads at the site. The project covered the complete design, preparation of tender documents, and construction supervision to ensure efficient and sustainable execution.
Role of CEP on the Project:
Designed and supervised the construction of the 2,000 m³ water tank, booster station, and 3.0 km water carrier lines, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Developed complete tender documents, including detailed technical specifications, cost estimates, and schedules to guide the procurement and construction processes.
Supervised construction activities to ensure proper implementation of the water infrastructure and integration of the PV solar system.
Designed the PV solar system to supply power to the lighting network and other light loads within the project facilities.
Compiled a list of materials and conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to ensure compliance with environmental standards and sustainability practices.
