Project Overview

This project focused on the construction of a main carrier line and the rehabilitation of the existing water distribution network in the Al Shoka area of Rafah. The scope included detailed design, Tender Documents, and construction supervision to improve the water supply system for the local community.

Role of CEP on the Project:

Prepared detailed design drawings for the construction of the main carrier line and the rehabilitation of the water distribution network.

Developed complete tender documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules to guide the tendering process.

Supervised construction activities to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work, and adherence to design specifications.

Compiled a list of materials required for the project, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Conducted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of the project and propose mitigation strategies.
