Project Overview
The project included the design and construction supervision on the reconstruction and/or renovation of factories, buildings, workshops and network facilities damaged during Israeli incursions to Gaza Strip.
The project consisted of seven sites as follows:
Project 1: Sharaf Caravan Factory
The project included the design of two steel warehouses with total area of 3500m2 and construction supervision on one steel warehouse of 2500m2, 220m2 administration building, 250m length retaining walls supported on reinforced concrete piles of 8.5m depth, reinforced concrete ground slab, an automatic entrance gate of 7.5m height, water, wastewater and power networks as well as a power generator and control panels.
Project 2: Herez Marble Store
The project included the design of two steel warehouses of total area 2200m2 and construction supervision on 270m2 administration building, boundary walls of 220m length, reinforced concrete ground slab, water, wastewater and power networks as well as a power generator and control panels.
Project 3: Abu Olba Block Factory
The project included the design of two steel warehouses with total area of 1600m2 and construction supervision on 150m2 administration building, 150m boundary walls, reinforced concrete ground slab, an automatic main gate, water, wastewater and power networks, control panels and air distribution network with all required fittings.
Project 4: Al-Da'oor Block Factory:
The project included the design of two steel warehouses of total area of 600m2 and construction supervision on 160m2 administration building, an automatic main gate, water, wastewater and power networks and control panels.
Project 5: Modern Concrete Mixing Factory
The project included renovation works for a 300m2 steel warehouses, 200m2 administration building, 50m long retaining wall of 4.5m height supported on reinforced concrete piles, 300m2 ground slab and water, wastewater and power networks.
Project 6: Meslih and Beit Al-Asri Factories
The project included the renovation works for 800m2 steel warehouses, 480m2-administration building, water, wastewater and power networks and control panels.
Project 7: North Concrete Mixing Factory
The project included the renovation of a 650m2-administration building, construct of a 130m length - 6m height retaining wall supported on reinforced concrete piles of 10m depth, 850m2ground slab, and water, wastewater and power networks.
