Project Overview

This project focused on addressing the war-related damages sustained by two TVET institutions in the Gaza Strip due to the 2014 conflict. The scope included structural assessments, design and strengthening of damaged components, and supervision of reconstruction activities to restore the functionality and safety of the facilities.

Role of CEP on the Project:

Conducted a comprehensive assessment of structural damage to the Secondary Vocational Girls School (GSVGS) and the University College of Applied Sciences (UCAS).

Designed and prepared strengthening plans for the affected structural members to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Prepared detailed tender documents for the reconstruction works, including specifications and cost estimates.

Supervised the implementation of strengthening and reconstruction works to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
