Project Overview

This project focused on enhancing the YMCA facilities through the maintenance, renovation, and reconstruction of eight existing buildings and the construction of a new playground and stadium. The scope aimed to create a functional, safe, and welcoming environment for youth activities.

Role of CEP on the Project:

Designed and supervised the renovation and re-construction works for eight buildings, including classrooms, library, kindergarten, canteen, store, bathrooms, and administration spaces.

Managed the construction of a grassed playground and stadium covering 1,800 m², complete with steel fencing and electrical installations.

Conducted a seismic evaluation to ensure structural integrity and safety.

Prepared a comprehensive list of materials, detailed cost estimates, and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to support sustainable and compliant project execution.
