Project Overview

This project involved the rehabilitation of Al Mosaddar Sports Club in Al Mosaddar, Gaza Strip, focusing on the renovation and maintenance of a two-story building with a total construction area of 210 m². The goal was to enhance the structural safety, functionality, and sustainability of the facility.

Role of CEP on the Project:

Designed and supervised the renovation and maintenance works for the building to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Conducted a seismic evaluation to assess the building's structural integrity and guide necessary reinforcements.

Prepared a comprehensive list of materials and developed detailed cost estimates to ensure project efficiency and transparency.

Completed an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to guarantee environmental compliance and sustainability throughout the project.
