Project Description
The project aimed to enhance surgical services at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) building by adding two new operation theaters and renovating associated facilities. This upgrade was essential to meet increasing healthcare demands and ensure the hospital could provide high-quality surgical care.
The Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP) was responsible for the design, preparation of tender documents, and supervision of the project’s implementation. CEP's role included developing detailed plans for the new operating theaters and renovations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and overseeing the construction to meet the required specifications.
Role of CEP in the Project
Design Development: CEP designed two new operation theaters and renovated the associated facilities, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and modern medical technologies.
Tender Documents: CEP prepared clear and detailed tender documents, ensuring a transparent contractor selection process.
Project Management & Supervision: CEP managed and supervised the project, ensuring timely execution and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
