Project Description

The Center for Engineering and Planning (CEP) led the supervision of the first phase of the Palestinian Bar Association Building in Gaza, ensuring the delivery of a modern, functional, and sustainable facility tailored to the needs of legal professionals in Palestine. Spanning a total built-up area of 2,195 m², with individual floors ranging between 303 m² and 536 m², the project aimed to establish a professional workspace that promoted collaboration and supported the legal community.

Through it professional services, CEP ensured high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and compliance with local and international standards. The project also prioritized efficient resource use and sustainable practices to create a benchmark for future infrastructure development in the legal sector.

Role of CEP in the Project

Assistance in Tendering and Contract Management: Assisted client in tendering stage and managed the construction contract as per FIDIC Red Book – Engineer’s responsibilities.

Construction Supervision: Oversaw all construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and high-quality standards.

Quality and Sustainability Assurance: Monitored materials and methodologies to deliver a sustainable and functional building.

Timely Delivery: Ensured the project was completed within the set budget and schedule, meeting all client expectations.
