Role of CEP in the project
CEP provided key services to assist municipal engineers and managers in the successful delivery of the program:
Technical Assistance: CEP offered guidance in the planning and design of infrastructure projects, ensuring that they met local needs and international standards.
Preparation of Bidding and Contract Documents: CEP assisted municipalities in preparing bidding documents and contract agreements, ensuring the tendering process was competitive and transparent.
Construction Supervision: CEP played a vital role in supervising the construction phase, ensuring that projects were delivered on time, within budget, and met the required quality standards.
