Project Description

The Rosary Sisters School in Gaza was first established in 1999 and had grown since then from a few kindergarten classrooms to a school which included over 1000 students in grades from KG to 12th (Tawjihi). The school was located in the southern part of the Gaza City. ANERA supported the The Rosary Sisters School in constructing a new floor for high school students.

ANERA contracted CEP in order to prepare the detailed designs and the tender documents and to provide the project management and construction supervision for the addition of a new floor as follows

The project included the construction of an additional floor high school students on the top of the auditorium building with the construction area of approximately 680 m2.

The new floor provided five new classrooms, administration/teacher rooms in addition to toilets unit.

The project included construction and finishing works, in addition to necessary works of dismantling and removing of the existing solar panels, AC units and sheds, and re-installing all on the new roof after the new construction was completed
