Tulkarm Master Plan Study

Tulkarm Master Plan Study: The study involved preparing a comprehensive urban development plan for the Greater Municipal Tulkarm Area comprising the urban town of Tulkarm and the villages of Shuweikeh, Irtah, Thinnabeh and the Tulkarm refugee camp, with a total combined population of about 35,000. It proposed land use and zoning plan up to the year 2005 along with all supporting documentation, regulations and plan implementation programs, as well as master plans for the proposed road network, water supply and distribution and sewage collection, treatment and disposal.
