West Bank Water and Sanitation Project: This study was carried out as a joint - venture project with Plan-center Ltd., Finnish consulting firm. The objective of the study was to design a sound investment plan of priority for approximately 100 water and wastewater schemes, in the West Bank suitable for European Investment Bank (EIB) and other donors financing.
