Upgrading of the Hebron Sewerage System

Upgrading of the Hebron Sewerage System: The aim of the study was to provide the Municipality of Hebron with a well-formulated technical advice on the most appropriate treatment technology and reuse potential. Recommendations on the required institutional structure for the efficient operation, maintenance and overall management of the sewage and sanitation facilities in the city were provided. The investment and recurrent costs for the proposed treatment system as well as a tariff system were prepared. The study was carried out in association with Plan-center of Finland.
