Water Storage Facilities Assessment and Refurbishment / Investigation, detailed design and tender documents. Tasks comprise preparing quality testing program composed mainly of preliminary and detailed visual inspection, in situ testing (both non-destructive and destructive) and sampling, laboratory testing and detailed inspection. The project involved the preparation of methods of engineering assessment of existing water storage facilities throughout the Coastal Region of Palestine, the feasibility of their refurbishment and the tender documents for refurbishment. Site inspection of concrete elements, detailed designs and tender documents for repair of structural, hydraulic and miscellaneous components was carried out at the engineering package stage. Supervision leaned on quality control and quality assurance program pre designed by CEP.
