Consultancy for Reviewing the Designs and Tender Documents of Wadi Gaza Core Areas (3, 4 and 5). The objective of the assignment was to review, comment and propose needed modifications on the designs, BoQs, drawings, specifications, cost estimate, design reports and all other tender documents. The tasks included: 1. Conduct a desk review and field visits to explore the location of the proposed projects; 2. Review and check the different project’s tender documents, cost estimates, design reports, and calculations, including designs, BoQs, drawings, general technical specifications and statement of work, 3. Highlight the potential comments and categorize the provided feedback along with propose needed modifications, actions and detailed description if needed; and 4. Cover all the design aspects including the civil and structural, geotechnical and soil, architectural, mechanical and electrical.
