Emergency Road Rehabilitation Program (ERRP), Phases I&II: Financed by USAID, and implemented by CH2MHILL, an international consulting firm, in coordination with the relevant municipalities. The Project purpose was to acquire quick response, road rehabilitation services to restore the affected transportation infrastructure in five Palestinian Governorates in the West Bank and Gaza to its original condition. CEP was sub-contracted by CH2MHILL to carry out the construction management services for the Project in Ramallah, including Al bireh and Beitunia, Nablus and Jenin Cities, under Phase I, and rural areas in Jenin and Nablus Governorates, under Phase II. Project value: US$10–12 million.
